Scientific results indicate that the response of net muscle protein synthesis to consumption of an essential amino acid solution immediately before weight training is greater than that when the solution is consumed after exercise, primarily because of increased delivery of amino acids to the muscles.
Take 1-2 servings a day: always right before training and optionally some time after training. Mix with water and shake vigorously for 30 seconds! Letting the drink sit for a while also increases the solution of the active ingredients. Combine with carbohydrate for maximum results.
